Order Cancellation

At Cizms, we aim to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order. In this case, you may be able to return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable Dutch and European Union consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us of your decision within the withdrawal period by contacting us using the details below.

Returned products should be sent back without undue delay after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds

Where a cancellation or withdrawal is accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected, where applicable.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where permitted by law, including:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened.
Products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
