Shipping

Thank you for shopping with Cizms.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship exclusively within the Netherlands.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable Dutch and European Union consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before returning your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item should:

  • Be returned within the applicable withdrawal period.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

  • Not show excessive signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may qualify for only a partial refund or may not be accepted where permitted by law.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened.

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are refunded only where required under applicable law.
